WHAT IS SLOW DENTISTRY?

The focus of Slow Dentistry is to improve the standards of dental care to ensure your safety, well-being, comfort, and understanding. We focus on four main areas to achieve this:

Anesthesia – When necessary, we use an effective anesthetic on the treatment area prior to beginning any procedure

Rubber Dam – The use of a rubber dam isolates the treatment area and prevents cross-contamination

Room Disinfection – We adhere to the strictest disinfection standards to avoid cross-contamination

Informed Consent – We ensure you’re fully informed before beginning treatment. You will be made aware of the risks and rewards of every treatment and will be required to sign a patient consent document prior to your procedure.
